Licensed English teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience in both public and international schools in the Philippines and Indonesia. Experienced in teaching IB PYP English, Cambridge English Language A, ESL, and Beginner Chinese–Mandarin to students from different cultural and academic backgrounds. Throughout my teaching career, I have focused on creating engaging and student-centered classrooms where learners feel encouraged to participate, communicate, and grow with confidence. I enjoy designing lessons that match students’ interests and learning styles, especially for learners who initially struggle with or lose interest in language learning. In addition to language instruction, I value building positive relationships with students and creating a classroom environment that is respectful, inclusive, and motivating. I am also comfortable integrating technology and interactive activities into lessons to support deeper learning and participation. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Chinese Language Education, I continue to explore new ways of helping students connect with language learning in a more meaningful and engaging way.
